Realizamos a\u00e7\u00f5es educativas em g\u00eanero, ra\u00e7a, empreendedorismo \u00e9tnico e cultural, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho e renda, moradia, direitos humanos e sa\u00fade reprodutiva. Nossa atua\u00e7\u00e3o busca intervir, de forma direta, nas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para mulheres e adolescentes negras.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div \u00e0s mulheres, sobretudo \u00e0s mulheres negras em situa\u00e7\u00f5es de vulnerabilidade social. Nosso grupo \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o de aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 demanda pela autonomia e sustentabilidade financeira de mulheres que precisam sair de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de viol\u00eancia, seja ela viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, de g\u00eanero, \u00e9tnico-racial, sexual, moral e psicol\u00f3gica no \u00e2mbito social e institucional, vividas, majoritariamente, nas fam\u00edlias brasileiras de mulheres negras e pobres. H\u00e1 o estabelecimento de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o direta do grupo com as interlocutoras das a\u00e7\u00f5es e projetos da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, na medida em que as a\u00e7\u00f5es coletivas, as oficinas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, as possibilidades de autonomia financeira e o incentivo aos estudos e a formas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de renda impactam a realidade pessoal de cada mulher que passa pela ONG. O resultado disso \u00e9 que, ao longo de 19 anos de exist\u00eancia, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o mudou a vida de muita gente e muitas dessas pessoas permaneceram na a\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva para transformar outras vidas. Nesse sentido, as Dandaras s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por criar, no estado de Goi\u00e1s, uma rede consolidada de mulheres e de movimentos sociais que atuam como parceiros e parceiras na luta social.
